Is that the feed you have in Feedly? If so, you’ll need to contact them about it.
WordPress only places the new items in the feed, it does not force feed readers to refresh the feed, it’s up to the feed reader to do that.
I’ve already tested other feeds readers and the problem persist. So I thing it is a problem of wordpress or its plugin..
What is the feed you have given Feedly, and what other readers have you tested it with?
I use this feed that includes all category feeds.. I tested feedly, feedreader.com and the application reeder.

For the record though, the latest post is the same in http://medicinaunipd.com/author/matteomic94/feed/ too, but WordPress has absolutely no control over when feed readers refresh your feed in their service.

There’s actually less posts. http://medicinaunipd.com/author/matteomic94/feed/ has 8 posts, http://medicinaunipd.com/feed/ has 10.
The difference is that http://medicinaunipd.com/feed/ has all of the posts from the site (limited to only the 10 most recent), and http://medicinaunipd.com/author/matteomic94/feed/ has only posts written by the user matteomic94.
The latest post in both feeds is http://medicinaunipd.com/introduzione-notifiche/
If you’re seeing anything different in Feedly, you will need to contact Feedly.

Right, Feedly stores the old posts.
The physical feed, the one WordPress has control over, has 8 posts in http://medicinaunipd.com/author/matteomic94/feed/ and 10 posts in http://medicinaunipd.com/feed/
Feedly is responsible for fetching the feed and storing the old posts, if you’re having a problem with any of that, you need to contact Feedly.
