Shorten length of submit button | WordPress.org

Hi I’m doing up my site at http://teststarade.byethost17.com/

the plugin is at the left of the footer.

I’m having some trouble shortening the length of the submit button, as it is appearing too long. Hope to put the email and submit button in one line too.

Quite new at this and so some specific instructions would be good.

Assuming that I should edit Plugins and the mailchimp.php file but not too sure where else to search for.

^ added a float: right style

}
.mc_merge_var{
padding:0;
margin:0;
float: left style

^ added the float: left style

But there appears to be no change and they look the same.

Also, the links above do not tell me how to shorten the length/ width of the submit button.

Is there anything I did wrong?

Appreciate some help on that 🙂

Opps Please ignore what I said above. Manage to key in the coding.

However now the input box and submit button are not in line.
