  • I have the same problem with the email field. I cant show the actual directory URL here cause its restricted to member only viewing, but the entries in the email field look like this.

    a href=’mailto:ross@rsh.com.au’>ross@rsh.com.au (but with <> at the ends.)

    This happened after I updated to WordPress 4 Benny earlier today.

    Similar issue here, but with web addresses when they’re entered using the “Website” field type. But not, however, when a web address is entered using a single text line field.

    Seems to be a common problem – has anyone seen a solution for this?

    I say partial b/c the html is no longer showing in the field, but the bullets are now showing. Better than the raw html but still not perfect.
