Mobile website is not functioning properly

    Using hapy them which, from my understanding, is a responsive theme.

    *Mobile displays menu differently and takes up the majority of the screen and never goes away
    *Mobile displays two of the slider images but it is no longer a slider and has just stacked the images
    *Mobile displays Background partially over some of my text boxes and prohibits viewer to see the text and images in the boxes

    Please help
