Access a page while still under maintenance

First off, love this plugin been using it for awhile..

My question is While i have the plugin active, is there a way i can open up a single page or two that the maintenance plugin wont effect? For instance

Im still building my site, but im wanting people to fill out testimonials so i have them ready for my site when it goes live so instead of emailing them the forum fields to fill out and me inputting all the information in i am wanting to direct them to the form to fill out so i can just publish it when the time comes… is that possible?
