Clicking on Flag does not trigger translation

Hi, I am having some issues getting the translator to work with the flags. I saw some other people had this issue, but what they tried (setting div.flags to position:absolute and giving it a higher z-index than anything else) did not work – clicking on the flags still does nothing. The flags are in the menu as a menu item. Any suggestions? The site is: http://idadesal.org
