Conflicts with Users Ultra

Hello, I am having some issues regarding the plugin users ultra and customizr. I have told the users ultra support about these issues and they recommended that I check here.
Has anyone here had any experience with the pro version of this plugin and customizr? I figured I would ask this first since it is a paid plugin and I don’t know if the author has used it or would know how to fix any issues related to it. If so, I have some issues that I can’t figure out how to fix and any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
