Pipe to Post Configuration

    For the “Pipe-to-Post” configuration how can I do the following:

    1. Set the Image(s) of the “Feed” as the “Featured Image” for each “Post” on my site’s “Homepage” and “Category” pages?

    2. Can I set the “Pipe” to pull only 3-4 paragraphs of the source article for the “Post” and add a “Read the Full Story” link at the bottom of each post that comes from a “Pipe”. I’m trying to avoid copyright issues and don’t want to grab entire article(s) from other sources.

    Hi phipsijuice,

    With the processors which are included in the plugins, you could do what you want:

    1. Please use Get Image processor to pull images into your server and use images output of it as the image input of the Post Destination.

    2. You could use Cut Introtext to separate the original text to 2 parts:

    • Part 1: It could be the first 3-4 paragraphs, up to your setting
    • Part 2: the remaining text

    Original Source processor is used for add the “Read the Full Story” after the grabbed text.
