Edit XML file through WordPress

    Is there a way of editing an XML file through WordPress?

    I have an XML file with marker locations for Google maps and I need it so that the end user can add/remove locations without having to dive into the code.

    I’ve seen a few posts on here about doing this from 3/4 years ago and they all say they found a solution and plugin coming soon. I couldn’t find the plugin.

    If there isn’t, if anyone knows another way of allowing a user to add/remove google maps markers through wordpress, that would be much appreciated.
