Buddypress: Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS

I’ve just got some issues with Buddypress. For some reason I’m not getting the benefits of Minify with my website heritagefarm.com.au

Just wondering if I’ve done something wrong (I don’t think I have though). Any information would be great, thanks!
