Color Bar Link change

How to change the page link in the color bar. I am running the same theme on two different web sites and on one website the page link in the color bar is just the current page http://commercial.2hmech.com/retrofit/

In the other website it shows the home page and the current page that you are on and you can click back to the home page http://residential.2hmech.com/new-construction-remodel

I would like them both to be just the current page. How do I change this?
