Private archives, only some show

I have posts, both public and private dating back 2 years. They show properly in admin but onsite the archives links show only for November 06 and January 07.

This happens when logged in and not logged in.

If I change the URL from /2007/01/ to 2007/02/ my posts will show properly. Just the sidebar text links fail to appear.

I have 10 other blogs running this template with no problems so it doesn’t appear to be template related.

The site is here:

Any thoughts or ideas would be appreciated to help resolve this.
