Foreign language characters don't display correctly!

    I only recently activated this plugin, and now I have find out that my links on other people pages aren’t displaying correctly! BOOH!

    My recent blog post is called “Beaches north of Viña del Mar to Ventanas”, yet the commentluv link reads Beaches north of Viña del Mar to Ventanas – the n-tilde for Viña is a regular unicode character – what goes wrong here?

    Some/many people write in languages other than US English! (Actually the vast majority of this planet…) Or they write about places with foreign characters in their name!
    This should be possible to transform into a legible link!!!
