How to set all columns to equal width

I have a table for schedules, and there are 26 columns. I want all the columns to be the same width, but I can’t figure out how to get this to work.
This is a CSV table, so is it adopting column with from the CSV file? In which case, they should all be equal, as they are in my CSV file.

Without setting the width individually for 26 columns, how can I achieve this please?
