You can go to Theme Options > Featured Slider > Feature Post Slider Options.
In there you can insert the ID of which post you want to be part of the slider. Then ensure that that post has a featured image set.

Is that the only way to put an image in the slider? Because I would like to put only and image and a subtitle, but not any post itself. Just the image.
Btw which is the size this theme recommends?

The recommended size in width is 1280px but the height can be anything you need it to be.
It seems that only the posts are accepted into the slider and not single images. If you want certain posts to be included into the slider but not visible on your site you can set the slider to be the Category Slider.
Then make a category called “Slider” for example and select it in the settings of the slider.
Then exclude that category from your WordPress loop perhaps with the help of this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-exclude-from-homepage/

Do you know any theme that accepts putting only images on the slider? I’ve just started using WP and I’m not very familiarized.
I suggest you try more than one theme. The beauty of WordPress is that there are so many free themes. It’s just a matter of trying which ones suit you best. 🙂

I would suggest trying a theme that doesn’t have a built-in slider, and where you can add whichever slider plugin you like. I don’t want to take anyone away from this theme, because it looks great, but there are others out there that offer as much or even more options. Two that are similar to this one, and offer at least as much customization, with the ability to add your choice of slider plugins are: Celestial-lite (https://wordpress.org/themes/celestial-lite), and Circumference lite (https://wordpress.org/themes/circumference-lite), both from Styled Themes. I’ve used both with different sliders, but the one I like best is simply called “Slideshow” (https://wordpress.org/plugins/slideshow-jquery-image-gallery/).
Hello Sorry to drop in but… Where does the actual image of that slider come from?
@homerecords: The image from the slider come from the theme demo images located in image directory in theme.
