Plugin Cache

Hey there – I am having trouble with some for of caching I believe.
I have disabled all plugins and left on this on to see if there are any conflicts.

When I create a new post it does not show on the page where I have the the short code listed.

Here is the shortcode being used on the page:
[srp post_random=’no’ category_include=27 thumbnail_height=250 thumbnail_width=250 post_title_header=’h1′ category_title=’yes’]

However, if i re-save the page with the shortcode on it, the new post is now on the page?
