Upgrading Help

    I’ve uploaded both the zip and targ. files for WP 2.1.2 and have deleted the old WordPress folder. I went to the upgrade.php link to Upgrade but the footer on my Dashboard is still reflecting WordPress 2.1.1.

    What am I doing wrong?
