newbie help with plugin!

    I want to download several plugins but I keep getting forbidden page. why dupprevent,feedwordpress,google search widget,google sitemaps,share this,sidebar widgets,word pressdatabase backup,wordpress heat map. I tried downloading the plugins indiviually. Can u give me some suggestion on the plugin I like to download.
