Add Plug-in screen error

I just updated to WordPress 4.0 Benny, and I wanted to add some new plug-ins. My site seems to work fine after the update, but when I go to add a new plug-in I get a error page. It says,”An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with WordPress.org or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums”. Any suggestions from anyone. Thanks in advance..
