Can't Install Theme

    I’m trying to install a theme on wordpress and this warning keeps coming up when I try to install it.

    Warning: unlink(C:\Users\Darren\AppData\Local\Temp/celestial-lite3.tmp): Permission denied in C:\xampp\htdocs\Wordpress\wp-admin\includes\file.php on line 503
    Download failed. SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate

    Please help.
