Transition effect and arrow on hyperlink

    Hello,

    i’d like to make my hyperlinks underlined and change the color with a mousehover and i want to add a little arrow like this one.
    Unfortunatly i’m a beginner and i don’t really know how to do this.
    I’m using a child theme and tried to add a:hover in my stylesheet.css but it didn’t work.

    Can someone help me please?
