WooCommerce DIBS FlexWin Gateway? problem

I’m using WooCommerce(2.2.4) in WordPress(4.0) and the WooCommerce DIBS FlexWin Gateway and I have a problem that very frequently when a customer pays via the DIBS gateway the order that is created receives duplicate order notifications ex. “DIBS payment completed. DIBS transaction number: xxxxxxxxx” will show as two notifications when there should be only one. This is a huge problem because we are also using WooCommerce Smart Coupons(2.4) that sends gift certificate codes to the customer when buying a gift certificate product and because the order receives duplicate DIBS verifications at the same time the customer is emailed 2 of these validcoupon codes when they only purchased 1.

Is it something in the payment gateway plugin or woocommerce or what? that causes this and how can it be fixed?
