In the last week or so, I’ve had several pending comments disappear from my comments dashboard. I initially had 5 pending comments that all went missing at once, so I submitted a test comment myself. The test comment showed up as pending for a couple of days, but then it disappeared too. And no, they’re not in the ‘trash’ folder. 🙂 I still have the email for the test comment and when I click any of the links from the email to moderate the comment, it says no comment with that ID exists.
I’m using Jetpack’s comments feature and Inkhive’s Sixteen Plus theme. I’ve contacted both Jetpack and Inkhive but neither seem to have any idea what might have happened.
Thoughts? Ideas? Suggestions? Help! Thanks in advance….
