Auto resize images

    When authors upload images into their posts, if the image is greater than 420 pixels wide, I would to to resize the image to 420 x (correct ratio) automatically.

    For example if someone uploads an image that is 1024 x 768, I would like it to be automatically resized to 420 x 315.

    If the image is less than 420 pixels wide I don’t want to do anything.

    Is this possible?
