screwed up login

the old adage about knowing enough to get yourself into trouble applies here…

i just set up y new blog using wordpress on my site but after getting everything just right i decided i didn’t want my directory to be called /extras but /blog. so in the options page i stupidly changed /extras to /blog for the blog url and the wordpress location. even more stupidly i’d neglected to actaully create a directory called /blog before doing any of this.

so now i am unable to log in to /extras/wp-login.php as it keeps trying to redirect to /blog/wp-login.php with a resulting 404 error after accepting my password. the blog appears at /extras but has lost its theme and shows as unlovely html…

is there anything i can do?
