Not receiving any emails from WordPress

    Hi,
    I’m having a bit of trouble in that I don’t seem to be receiving any emails from WordPress. My site is completely set up.
    However, when I created the site, I never received “Your new WordPress site has been successfully set up at” email. I also do not receive an email if I try the “lost password” option.
    I noticed the issue when using Contact Form 7 in that I did not receive any emails unless I used someone else’s email address.
    So I don’t receive any to my own email address, from lost password or the contact form. It appears as though it’s just not being recognized at all?

    I carried out a test of wp-mail using my email address and it failed – I never received the email, but if I carry out the test on my site but with someone else’s email it did work so I don’t know if it is wp-mail. Have tried with plugins and workarounds from the forum.

    I know you already checked the admin email in the setting of WP but try one more time. Sometimes we skim over something and don’t realize a space or misspelled word. Check for a space in front of the email.
    I’ve made this mistake myself.
