need assistance

Hello,

my name is Naima Atti and I just have two issues I would love answered.
I have searched everywhere and I am not good at coding so if there are alternatives I would love that.

1. How do I allow my featured image to not crop the actual image? in the link below you will see that it doesn’t show full blown image. Rather, crops what it wants out. How do I change that please? I went on Setting-> media to try and change and I did uncheck crop section but still the same thing.

2. How do I create a slide show? To show my Photography portfolio work? I tried everything couldnt find how to do it. I have converted from squarespace to wordpress and that is why it is taking me more time. In the link below I would like the portfolio to look like this…

3. How do I unable the crop in this slider? on left side image images are cropped and I was wondering how to change that?
