Membership Packs

I’m not a wordpress savvy, so i need specific instruction on how to fix this.
I wanted to add membership levels as an option for users to buy if they wanted to… ie, a monthly or yearly membership for a certain amount of listings instead of paying per listing…
When i add a membership level, it doesn’t give the user the option of one or the other, it automatically tell you that you have to buy a membership if you’re adding a new listing.. how do i change that?
Basically i want the user to have the option to either pay the flat listing fee to add a listing, or pay for a membership (weekly/monthly/yearly) if they will be listing more items in the future… that way they save.
