Is this error SQL Injection?

My site has been going down frequently with the message “unable to connect to database.” I have been fixing it by doing a repair to database table as they seem to get corrupted. When I checked the error log, I got this lengthy message. I wanted to know if this was SQL Injection and any solution to fix it if someone has.
