Broken Jetpack connection

    Hello!
    A while back my web host had an issue and before I realised it was at their end I disconnected my blog from Jetpack. When I reconnected some of the features had broken – I can’t connect Facebook to publicise, the stats went back to 0. I read that it could be that jetpack created a new blog ID?
    A tech friend reconnected the stats but it’s still buggy – on the WordPress app on iOS it doesn’t show any of the new posts even though it’s showing the overall stats.
    Is there any way I can reconnect to the old ID and get things back to the way they were?
    I’m not a coder, I use it very much through templates but really love WP.
