Hi Toni,
Not sure if we’ll be able to help because we don’t officially support qTranslate, but if you can post a link to where this is happening we may be able to suggest something.
Ok Caimin, here’s the link in catalan:
http://www.fcpe2014.es
And now in spanish:
http://www.fcpe2014.es/?lang=es
As you can see, the calendar wigdet translates the days of the calendar with abbreviations in spanish but not in catalan while choosing this language. For more information, it worked before installing qtranslate.
Thank you,
Toni.
sorry but at the moment, EM does not officially supports qtranslate and you might need to do a workaround for this yourself using custom coding and modifying template file at events-manager/templates/templates/calendar-small.php
to use templates: http://wp-events-plugin.com/documentation/using-template-files/
Thank you! I deactivated qtranslate and the small calendar is in its default language(catalan).
I’ll try WPML. Now I’ve installed WP Full Calendar because I had The Events Calendar but I doesn’t work properly.
I don’t know how to show it, only with [fullcalendar type=”post”] in a page?
Thanks again!
can you give more details about “I had The Events Calendar but I doesn’t work properly” and how about just [fullcalendar] ?
Sorry Angelo, I was talking about The Events Calendar didn’t work as well as it worked before installing qtranslate.
About WP FullCalendar, I was asking you if only pasting the shortcode [fullcalendar type=”post”] in a post or a page was enough to show the calendar.
Thank you!
The shortcode you need is:
[events_fullcalendar]
