Fatal Error on Plugin Activation

Hi there,

Seems like this plugin does what I am looking for but there is a fatal error on activation of the plugin as follows:

Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare remove_loop_button() (previously declared in /wp-content/themes/mytheme/inc/woocommerce.php:190) in /wp-content/plugins/woocomerce-price-by-country/woocommerce-price-by-country.php on line 1004

Any ideas?
