Form accidentally deleted

Hi,

I accidentally deleted a form that I needed.

Is there anyway I can get it back? I have a backup of the entire account and database. However, when I looked at the backup, I don’t even see a table with contact_form_7 .. hence, why I’m kind of confused as to where the information would have been stored..
