@nspace1999 – Has this issue been present since the last one you sorted out when you “had to change realpath of template”* … or has this one arisen since then?

@nspace1999 – You may need to re-install NextGEN Gallery. This may be best done manually via FTP and over-writing all files and folders under /plugins/nextgen-gallery/
See if that helps to sort out this issue.

I have resintalled plugin by ftp. Same issue
Not Found
The requested URL /nextgen-attach_to_post was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
