• Hello,

After successfully login as admin and enable either Advanced Character String Filter or 5G Blacklist/Firewall Settings then when I click logout link from the admin bar, I reveived 403 error page:

    Access forbidden!

You don't have permission to access the requested directory. There is either no index document or the directory is read-protected.

If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster.

What’s the problem and how can I fix it?

Hi felix_nong, in regards to the following warning message….

You don’t have permission to access the requested directory.

Did you check your file and folder permissions from within the plugin? If not can you check the permissions by going to WP Security -> Filesystem Security -> File Permissions.

    That might fix your problem.

    Hello mbrsolution,

I’ve alreadyto set recommended permission since I’ve received the successful message:

The permissions for ... were succesfully changed to ...

However I don’t receive any point as well as all the recommended permission is still highlighted and not disappear at all.

How can I fix this problem and the first question I’ve mention aboved?

    Thanks,

    Felix

Okay thank you for that information. Check your folders permissions in your server. Either through Cpanel or FTP.
