No menu on smartphone

    Hi there, my site is http://www.brushpoetry.com and I am using the Make theme.

    When I view the full site on my smartphone (not the mobile version which is fine) I am able to see and open the main menu on all the pages except the home page. There I can only see the menu, but when I touch it, nothing happens. When I emulate other smartphones using Chrome’s Inspect Element, it does the same thing. Any ideas?

    Hello!

    Sorry to hear about this.

    It looks like you may have several plugins enabled. It’s quite possible one of these plugins is conflicting with Make and causing this issue. To see if this is a plugin conflict, can you please try disabling your plugins temporarily?

    Thank you for the suggestion, but I’m afraid that didn’t help. I deactivated all the plug-ins and had the same experience. The menu worked on all pages except the home page. (This remains only a problem on smartphones – everything is working as I would like and expect on tablets and computers). Any other suggestions?

    I have subsequently, completely removed the Make theme and it’s child, then re-installed them, only to have the same problem. Is it possible that the removal of Make didn’t erase the theme completely, because when I re-installed it, all my previous customizations were still there? How can I re-install Make completely?

    For what it’s worth – I had to do a complete re-install of all of WordPress to fix this problem, but now all is well.
