How to add admin bar back

    for some reason I cant display admin bar for my users who actually need it to access the appropriate pages.

    see the issue is, It wont work with a direct link so I need the bar instead. Or perhaps I am missing something here.

    my site is ultimate golfie dot com

    for the appropriate roles, permissions are set yet still they cannot post anything to the geodirectory

    what am I missing here guys?

    Since none of that looks like any part of WordPress Core, can you please elaborate? Is this added functionality from a Theme or a Plugin? If so, which? Please be very specific.

    functionality is added with plugins.
