limit visitors to specific page

Does anyone know if there is a plugin that will allow me to limit the total number of unique visitors who can view a password-protected page? I have a protected page and I want to send the link and password to a group of about 35 people so that they can all view the content, but I don’t want larger numbers logged in at the same time. Has anyone tried this?
