boxes not appearing

    Hi,

    I downloaded this plugin and tried it the first time and it worked perfectly. Few days later, i decided to log in to change some settings, but i realise it is not showing up on my website anymore.

    I have deleted reinstalled and installed etc. However, it is still the same, i cannot get them to work :/ i integrated Contact Form 7 with this plugin.
