Import fails, error 93

    I’ve changed my domain to a Windows Server host and I’m currently transferring my blog.
    I’ve generated the .xml file but when I try to import it in the new domain I receive this error message

    “The uploaded file could not be moved to d:\hosting\raging-heart.com\wwwroot\ninj4/wp-content.

    I cannot change the chmods settings, someones fave told me to put my blog in the /public directory but if it is possible I would like to avoid it.
    There aren’t any other ways to transfer the old posts, blogroll, and comments?
