scroll disabled when sidebar active

    Trying to add an always on sidebar. when sidebar is active you cannot scroll the main page.

    I’m using the laptop on windows 8 and viewing on ipad same result. I’ve taken the sidebar off for now but I was hoping to use it for a slides how or something, also it fills out the screen more because decode only uses the middle half of the screen without.

    In case it matters I’m using Firefox on the laptop and chrome on the ipad
