How to set auto-height?

I’m struggling with trying to set an auto height for this plugin (or any other testimonial plugin!) to accommodate for varying lengths of testimonials.

I used the shortcode with the min-height declaration on a home page, and that worked somewhat (I had to do a bit of manual styling to make the text not go outside the box). I want to use the widget on another page in a sidebar. The height is being styled in-line and leaving a huge white space at the bottom.

What are quick solutions?

Also second question, how to make the name appear? I fudged it and put the person’s name in the “job title” field to have it display. Is this correct? I also had to do manual styling to make this appear normal. Feels like I’m doing something wrong.
