FORCE_SSL_LOGIN doesn't work anymore

When I use this function in wp-config.php

define('FORCE_SSL_LOGIN', true);

then I cannot do the logout on my page, I think the redirect option from a ssl page to a non ssl page doesn’t work anymore for WP 4.0.

has Someone the same issue?
