can’t activate/deactivate plugins with RC2

    When I try to activate or deactivate plugins in options I only get this message as resulting page:
    “Sorry, you need to enable sending referrers, for this feature to work.”
    Referrers are enabled and I tried the same with a RC1 blog on the same server and with same browser and it worked.
