-1 message on install

Hi,

I’m in the process of porting my blog to another domain. I’ve uploaded a clean new installation, and when I run wp-config.php, clikc the link that goes to wp-admin/install.php I get “Done” at the bottom of the page, and -1 in the page itself.

I know the database is fine, because I’ve been running a dummy test on a sub domain on the same server and that points to the same database, and has the same wp-config.php. That install will allow me to complete the process. I’ve obviously cleared out the database again since that.

I’m on Windows hosting, and 2.1.1 wordpress.
