    If you place a test order, you will find a link to the digital tickets in the confirmation email and in your test customer’s My Account area. There will also be a link in the WooCommerce Orders history for that order.

    Robert Trevellyan is correct. The ability is built in, and there is no option to turn it on or off. When you click the link in your confirmation email to view your ticket, You can print it from there, or click the link at the top of the ticket to download the pdf. Also as Robert says, there are also links to your tickets on your my account page.
