Restrict Content Message Overlay

Hi there all. Came here with a question which, I hope, is in the right section of the forum.

Basically, I have Restricted Content Website which has videos uploaded in Vimeo. Currently, I am using Paid Membership Pro plugin (which is free). And I have a list of video course content. What I want to do is I want to restrict access for the user to click on those list items hich contains video. The perfect example of what I want to have is like tutsplus course content page – http://postimg.org/image/xbpq9r2yt/ .

I want that overlay on top of the list items and a Call To Action button, which would redirect to pricing page or something.

Maybe there is plugin which can do something like this?
