Static entry-titles on dynamic templates

Hello, I’m developing a semi static website for a client and I’m using WP because of its blog capabilities and CMS features. So, the site is half static and half dynamic, the dynamic part being the blog.

I have a problem in trying to make the blog pages entry-title say Blog and not a post title. I don’t want remove the entry-title, only make it display ‘Blog’ the name of the page you’re on.

Currently I can not figure out how to not make the entry-title display a posts title.

P.S. another issue with a blog page is that the posts that display on this page don’t display their headings?
