Direct Sales/MLM/replicating website

I have a website on wordpress and would like to keep it there. I am starting a new direct sales company and need to figure out how to replicate my site for other Distributors. I am not changing the URL I guess it would be like adding a page website is http://www.intimateonlineboutique.com I would like to have it be http://www.intimateonlineboutique.com/katkins8024 or something to that effect. I did see the binary MLM which could help me on my downline eventually but right now I need to replicate the site. How can I do this or can I at all. I am not an expert at all with wordpress but with a little help I usually can figure it out. Also are there any plugins that could help with the direct sales company as in loyalty rewards, back office, party tracking kind of a party plan software plugin? If anyone has any help with any of this please let me know. All other programs start at 5k and go up. I love wordpress and don’t have 5k yet as it is a brand new company.
