Hyperlinks in Posts/Pages Wrong

I am a web designer and we build custom themes. Today I got notified by a client that the hyperlinks are linking wrong. When I add a off website hyperlink in a page, it gets redirected to blogdomain.com/hyperlinkurl not “hyperlinkurl.com”

For example, even on my own website that uses a theme – Talkissheepmarketing.com. When I tried to add they hyperlink to a post that goes to google.com, I get this url when I had the hyperlink “talkissheepmarketing.com”

Here is a link to what I mean. I know how to add a hyperlink, so this has got to be a glitch. Right?
